I moved back to Llano, my hometown, after coaching a few years. I opened my own real estate office in 1985 and now have an office in Llano and Sunrise Beach, which services the Lake LBJ area. In addition to being a real estate broker, I am also a licensed real estate appraiser. Over the years, I have been active in civic activities and public office. My wife, Sherrie, and I have three children. Dawna is attending Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colorado where she is playing golf for the CSU Rams and is a chemical engineering major, Nathan is attending Texas Tech and is a civil engineering major, and Andy is still in Llano High School and plays football and basketball. I feel very fortunate to live in a place where so many good folks want to live or just come play. This area is full of history and I still enjoy hearing and keeping up with the many stories of Llano’s Legend and Lure.

I was lucky to have grown up in Llano County, therefore I can tell you first hand about the many benefits of living in this beautiful place. My husband, Mark, and I own CENTURY 21 Landmasters and we strive to share our love of this area with other people while making their real estate experience a positive one. I obtained my real estate license in 1985 and have extensive knowledge of the area. We live ten miles north of Llano near the Babyhead area. We have three children; Dawna is in college at Colorado State, Nathan attends Texas Tech and Andy is attending Llano High School. We feel that our children have benefited from the quiet, healthy, small town way of living and good schools. When I am not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy walking and riding my bike, cooking, and reading.

"Individual and personal service is my favorite part of the real estate business," says Jim Holder, "and, it is no surprise, that service is the secret to success in this business." Listening to the needs of his clients, building a friendship and staying in close contact with clients throughout the process proves to be his most useful tools for a successful transaction.

Service is not new to Jim. Before joining Century 21 Landmasters this year, Jim spent over thirty years in commercial construction and property development. "Service was the key to my success in the construction industry, meeting the needs of my clients and always striving to exceed their expectations. I learned early that there was no substitute for constant follow-up." Jim believes his knowledge of construction proves to be a useful tool in the real estate business as well. "I recognize all types of construction, building materials and mechanical issues within a home or business. I am able to impart some of my knowledge to my clients. Sometimes, it is just the reassurance they need to make a decision."

Jim knows that buying a new home or starting a new business can carry a certain level of stress, even for a seasoned client. "I try to make the experience as stress-free as possible," says Jim. "I want them to remember this as a positive and painless experience. If I do my job, it can be just that. I remind myself often that the harder I work, the luckier I get. Well, I am lucky. I spend my days doing something I truly enjoy, with a group of people that share my enthusiasm for this business. Every day provides a new opportunity to be of service and use my professional talents to assist my customers. I'd say that's really lucky!"

Hi! My name is Larry Denney and I joined Century 21 Landmasters this summer. I'm originally from Kansas and went to school in Arizona. I moved to Southern California and worked in manufacturing for 25 years. My wife of 35 years, Pauline, and I moved to Kingsland in 1990 and purchased the Kingsland Lodge, a resort on Lake LBJ. We have both been active in the community serving on the Chamber of Commerce and Community Center. I am currently on the Kingsland Municipal Utility District Board as a Director. I also enjoy being in the Kingsland Lions Club serving the community on various projects. I am very active in church and have served on the council for the last ten years.

I have been a Realtor in the Highland Lakes area since 1994 and have come to know the community well. I enjoy working with both sellers and buyers on all types of properties including residential, commercial, resorts and undeveloped land. I am dedicated to making sure your transaction is completed on time and done right.

I joined Century 21 Landmasters this summer because I feel Mark and Sherrie know the importance of bringing quality real estate to the Highland Lakes area. Let me prove it, give me a call.

I am proud to be a native Texan and live in Kingsland. My family and I moved to the Hill Country in 1991. My father was in the golf course business all of his life and my mother has owned Packsaddle Country Club for 13 years. I attended Texas State University and lived in Austin for a short time but was anxious to return to this area. I came home during the winter of 2004. During my free time I enjoy playing golf, spending time on the lake and watching my younger sister play basketball and volleyball. I am very excited to be a part of the Century 21 Landmasters Team and look forward to assisting you with any of your real estate needs in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

A Native Texan, I was born in Tyler and raised in the Aviation Business. I am a licensed commercial pilot with an associates degree in Mineral Land Management. I obtained my real estate license in 1989 and began working full time in Real Estate in 1997 with Century 21 in Tyler before moving to Marble Falls in 2000. My wife Cindy was born in Austin. Her family lives in the surrounding areas including Lake Buchanan, Fredericksburg and Lakeway. I know the area well and love the Hill Country where you can see the stars at night.

Glynn likes to say that his real estate career started at age 7. His mother was in the business and she had their home for sale and a sign in the yard. One day a couple knocked on the door and his mother was at the grocery store so Glynn showed them the house and entertained them until his mother got back – and they bought it! First sale, but no commission.

This first success was interrupted for a while with high school, Air Force, college, and 29 years in the computer business. Twenty-two of those were with Texas Instruments in Houston, Austin and Dallas developing computer systems for companies like La Quinta, Ford, General Electric, Westinghouse and the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, NY.

When Glynn retired from TI, he returned to his favorite place in the whole world, the Texas Hill Country. Glynn joined Century 21 Landmasters to take advantage of his first love, real estate. Glynn, and his wife Peggy, have owned homes in Houston, Ft. Lauderdale, Sugar Land, Austin, Plano, Lake Cypress Springs, Denver, Horseshoe Bay, Sunrise Beach and Kingsland. His experience with buying and selling his own homes, in three states, has made him uniquely qualified to help clients through the real estate process, from both the seller and the buyer side.

Come visit with Glynn and let him show you around the area, help you solve your housing problems, reduce the stress of moving and fulfill your dreams of living in the “best place in the world”, the Texas Hill Country.

I was born and raised in New Mexico only four miles from the Texas state line. And as they say… “I got here as fast I could!” By attending Baylor University and Texas Tech University, my feet became firmly planted in Texas soil.

My first Texas Hill Country property was purchased in 1990 and ever since then I wouldn’t dream of living anywhere else.

A supporter of the Lake LBJ/Kingsland Chamber of Commerce, I have served on the Board of Directors for the past three years. I am an avid gardner in addition to writing on the same cookbook since 1994. By now it’s much too large to publish!

Living in the Texas Hill Country is a great way to live life! Give me a call and let me show you around.

My husband and I moved to the Hill Country from Corpus Christi in 1995. After doing social work and managing a job-training program, I was delighted to move to this spectacular area of lakes, hills and bright blue skies to sell real estate. Within the past five years, I served a three-year term as a Director for the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors and to two years on the Board of Directors for Inks Lake and Buchanan Lake Chamber of Commerce. Currently, I am active with the Habitat for Humanity program.

I am a graduate from the University of New Mexico.

When not working with clients or volunteering, I find this a wonderful area to indulge in my favorite activities: rug weaving, wool spinning, black and white photography and dark room work, gardening and attending to a number of dogs and donkeys that keep residence on our property.

I warmly welcome newcomers to the area and hope to share my enthusiasm for the Highland Lakes area with them. I live and work in Kingsland so I am readily available to assist local and out-of-town sellers and buyers with their real estate needs.
