I moved back to Llano, my hometown, after coaching a few years. I opened my own real estate office in 1985 and now have CENTURY 21 Landmasters offices in Llano, Sunrise Beach, and Kingsland. Over the years, I have been active in civic activities and public office. My wife, Sherrie, and I have three children. Dawna is a graduate of Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colorado where she received her chemical engineering degree, Nathan graduated from Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas where he received his civil engineering degree, and Andy is attending Texas Tech pursuing a Business degree. I feel very fortunate to live in a place where so many good folks want to live or just come play. This area is full of history and I still enjoy hearing and keeping up with the many stories of Llano’s Legend and Lure.
I received my Broker's license while in my early twenties and for 20 years I was a licensed general real estate appraiser. I enjoy following market trends and helping buyers and sellers make smart decisions concerning their real estate investments.

I grew up in Llano County, so I can tell you first hand about the many benefits of living in this beautiful place. My husband, Mark, and I own CENTURY 21 Landmasters and we strive to share our love of this area with other people, while making their real estate experience a positive one. We believe that our company is comprised of the best agents in the business, and are committed to superior personal service in every aspect of each transaction.
We live ten miles north of Llano near the historic Babyhead area. We have three children; Dawna is a Chemical Engineer living in Austin, Nathan is a Civil Engineer living in San Antonio, and our youngest son, Andy, is working on his Business degree at Texas Tech University. I obtained my real estate license in 1985, and have extensive knowledge of the area. I grew up on Lake LBJ, where my family was in the resort business. I love working with people and the real estate business gives me the opportunity to do that. When I am not working, I enjoy riding my bike, paddling the Llano River in a kayak or canoe, walking our two energetic dogs, and cooking for my family.

Hi! My name is Larry Denney and I joined CENTURY 21 Landmasters in 2006. I'm originally from Kansas and went to school in Arizona. I moved to Southern California and worked in manufacturing for 25 years. My wife of 35 years, Pauline, and I moved to Kingsland in 1990 and purchased the Kingsland Lodge, a resort on Lake LBJ. We have both been active in the community serving on the Chamber of Commerce and Community Center. I am currently on the Kingsland Municipal Utility District Board as a Director. I also enjoy being in the Kingsland Lions Club serving the community on various projects. I am very active in church and have served on the council for the last ten years.
I have been a REALTOR* in the Highland Lakes area since 1994 and have come to know the community well. I enjoy working with both sellers and buyers on all types of properties including residential, commercial, resorts and undeveloped land. I obtained my real estate license 3 years ago after a 20 year successful career in retail, owning The Secret Garden in Fredericksburg. My husband and I moved to the Hill Country from Corpus Christi in 1995. After doing social work and managing a job-training program, I was delighted to move to this spectacular area of lakes, hills and bright blue skies to sell real estate. Within the past five years, I served a three-year term as a Director for the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors and to two years on the Board of Directors for Inks Lake and Buchanan Lake Chamber of Commerce. Currently, I am active with the Habitat for Humanity program.
I am a graduate of the University of New Mexico.
When not working with clients or volunteering, I find this a wonderful area to indulge in my favorite activities: rug weaving, wool spinning, gardening and attending to a number of dogs and donkeys that keep residence on our property.

I am proud to have joined the CENTURY 21 Landmasters team in Kingsland. I moved to Marble Falls in 1982 with my husband, Bryan. We fell in love with the lakes and hills and made this our home. We later had a family of 3 daughters. I enjoyed being a "stay at home" Mom while my children were young, but now they are in college. I was born in San Angelo - the heart of Texas - and after spending my early childhood years in the oil patch, we moved to southern New Mexico. I served a tour of duty in the Navy JAG Corps, and then returned to practice law in New Mexico for over 30 years. My wife, Sally, a native of Sherman, Texas, and I decided to return to the Great State. While practicing law, I performed many duties associated with a wide variety of real estate transactions, therefore I have gained a good deal of experience. It's a different perspective, but it's still all about client and customer service.
